Shipping and return info (English version)

Shipping conditions:

 

- Every invoice and budgent must be aproved by the buyer, and payed half in advantage. The second half will be payed whith the shipping just once the product is finished. There will be no overcosts.

- The price of shipping depends only of the shipping company. We are hand made products sellers, we cant deal with shipping costs changes.

 

-Every product will be carefully protected with bubble plastic, and papers. Every piece of the packaging can be reused and recycled.

​

- Every item bought with us wil be sended with tracking number. If the buyer want a cheaper shipping method, we wont be responsible of any damage, or loss that the package could suffer.

Return conditions:

 

- Every time one of our items arrive damaged, please, contact us to find a solution.

We would need some photos of the product and package, please, dont throw away any package.

 

-We wont accept money return without seeing the piece and without sending it back to us.

- If the shipping company break the item during transport or at the delivery, we would need some photos of the package with the label visible near the broken item. So the shipping company can refund the price of the product. This could take a little long, but we will send you back another one and your broken item must be returned to us (With no costs for the buyer).

- We wont accept a money return for a product that its not damaged, if the client have aproved the final result with the photos and videos that we would send. "the item its not exactly as shown" wont be a cause for return. Every item we made is unique and different from each other. Once you aprove the final result, we wont change it.

- If the buyer dont provide us a contact info( phone number or email) to aprove our final prouct, we will declare everything is correct and ship the product, but we will not accept a return if the buyer want something to change. Without contact we cant warn them if anything happens during shipping, we wont accept any return or complain about mistakes (such as wrong adress given by the buyer). Please contact us before we ship the item.

 

- If the buyer dont answer our messages, calls or any try to contact, we would consider the item is abandoned once 1 month has passed since the last contact. The project will be cancelled but the money wont be returned back to pay for the materials and time we employed.

Example 1: Custom project, budget aproved and half payed, but once is finish the buyer doesnt answer, the item will be consider abandoned one month after the first unanswered message.

Example 2: Stock Item fully payed, shipped but the adress was wrong. We will contact the buyer, but if 1 month passes with no anwer, we wont ship it back and we will consider it abandoned. If the buyer can provide us the correct adress, the shipping company will try to deliver the package once again.

-If the item was shipped to its destination on time, but the shipping company suffer some kind of delay, we wont be responsible for any kind of refund. We will ask for a solution to the shipping company, but as its an external service, we wont acept refunds.
