Welcome to darthvinci3d, your 3D printing forge for custom and hand-made creations. Whether you're preparing for an event, perfecting your cosplay outfit, or adding to your collectibles, we've got you covered.
Our terms and conditions are meant to outline a comfortable and secure exchange between our visitors or supporters and us. They provide us with the necessary legal protection and ensure a transparent and secure interaction with our clients.
1.All our products are hand made item. This means that every object that you buy is made with love, but it also means that colors or details might be slightly different from pictures, so please, be kind and write us if something feels off, we will try to help you as far as we can, but this sligth changes due to hand made cant be consider as "failure".
2.Our desings are not meant to "fake" original products. We work making hand made replicas of props for cosplay or decoration and we will never imitate copyrighted art or products.
3. All our 3D desings are made by us and we are the only ones who sell the final pieces. We wont sell or buy desings. Every colaboration would be named as such and specify on the product.
4. Any re-selling, exhibition without our name, or re-purpose/stolen pictures of our products, without our consent, is a violation of our rights and will be legally pursued.

Shipping and return policy

Shipping costs will always be added to customers price. Exception discount codes or promotions. For shipping prices, please contact us with your full adress and the product you are interested in.

If the pakage of your order is alredy shippedout when you want to cancel the order, the customer have to return the item before the product cost is refunded. But the shipping cost wont be refunded as the item was in good conditions.

Custom items won't be fully refundable: If the client want to cancel the custom order once the product its started, we can partially refunded, but if the custom item is already printed, we can just refund the shipping costs. Custom items wont be refunded once they are made, but it can be can be replaced if broken on transit.

For any shipping/arrival problem to be considered by us, the client MUST contact us within 7 bussiness days. Above that, we will try to help as much as possible, but we wont be able to offer replacement or refund, as the item could have been broken by missused.

Items arriving broken or severely damaged in transit, would be replace, and if possible, the item would be shipped back to us for fixing it. If the item can´t be replaced (limited ed, shipping costs too high, or materials are no longer avaiable) we will make a refund. None of this process would happen on cost of the customer, EXCEPT if the customer contact us with more than 7 days of the item arrival. in which case, we reffer the step before this one.

All our shipments have tracking number and insourance. We wont be offering other kind of shipments, but if the client want to hire any other kind of shipment, we wont be responsable for the item once its on transit.

For international customers, we cant control if any international fees or dispatches are added to your package, but if you contact us we will help with all the paperwork we can to make it more easy going. In no case we will be paying for international fees.

Every order is recomended to have a linked phone number. This information would be only used by the shipping company to contact you, as client if there is any issue with the delivery of your package. Not adding a phone number to the order may complicate the delivery as the shipping company will contact us, and we will try to reach you.

If the client do not answer or do not give us a viable contact, and the package is returned to us, we wont be able to stop it, or return the price of the shipping neither the price of the product. If the client contact us within 2 weeks, we can ship back the item, but the client must have to be responsible for the costs of the new shipping.
